Mairzee Almas: This is an ad lib, when she says, “Watch me!”
Brian Peterson: Oh, is it?
Mairzee Almas: Yeah, it is, yeah.
Brian Peterson: It’s good!
Mairzee Almas: I did a couple of versions, I did one without it as well. And she’s, “Oh, please, can I just do this, watch me!” Absolutely! It’s fantastic.
— DVD Commentary for Identity (Season 8)
Fun Fact!
Ok, so while I was drawing the Huntress I was asked to draw up a few character sketches for Clark and Lois for the new Smallville book that came out recently. When i was offered Batwing however I decided to go that route instead.
I do wonder what I could have done with Smallville but I’m happy that Pere Perez is doing such a great job on that book, much better than I could have. But anyways, I thought I would share these sketches, so here they are!
PS, I love working with these characters :)
Always reblog because the artwork makes it VERY clear it’s based on. You can see Durance and Welling SO clearly here.

107/365 Margot Kidder’s autograph part two. She said “it’s the same dress! But he looks too old to be Superman” (Tomada con instagram)
YAY! This quote is so her. Too funny, also, since she actually OWNED that dress back in the day and that let her wear it despite having to ditch the very expensive designer one they’d picked because Margot cried over wanting to wear this one. True story. Need to find the quote in ‘The Making of Superman: The Movie’ again
You’ve probably heard about the latest plea for attention from the uber-conservative One Million Moms. They want Marvel and DC to abandon all their gay characters and storylines and present a
moralheteronormative example for the children. And I’m pretty not much not…
